There's a chance I might make it to this...but 2 trips to Houston in 2 days doesn't really sound appealing. AND there's no promise that I'd get to meet him or anything...so...I'm on the fence right now.

While I would probably attend the event if I lived anywhere near there because I think bands making their own videos is a trend we will see more and more, I was not impressed with the quality of the video. I don't think it would scale well to large screens. Other than the portions shot with the digital SLR camera, I think source footage needs to be as high quality as possible to make something that could be distributed in multiple media formats (such as an extra feature on a DVD).
