ok.. it's been quiet here, so i figured i'd post. I just met Slash at his booksigning here. It was very quick, he just signed the book and that was about it. they wouldn't let you pose for pictures etc, but i did get to shake his hand. The picture is on my myspace page. myspace.com/stomachmonkeys

Where is this place?It doesn't look like a bookstore.Maybe before a concert,yes?

They've had many famous authors there doing readings and signings: Both Bill & Hillary Clinton, Alan Alda, Anne Rice, Jackie Collins..... the list goes on.

i was very surprised how quickly they moved everybody through the store. For anne rice, it took 2 or 3 hours. but she posed for pictures and chatted. Slash wrote his name, and that was about it. LOL

yeah,, i'm convinced much of his autobiography was written (or translated into english) by his co-writer Anthony Bozza. LOL
