Since I am not in the DDY inner loop I was wondering if anyone knows who Dennis is going to sing with on the US version of his title track.

I am hoping for Steve Perry, but I am sure that its not going to happen.

Do you know who I think would be reall great at singing this song with Dennis???

Boz Skaggs!!!!

I listened to his HITS CD tonight again driving home from San Antonio.

Talk about a GREAT singer !!!!

Slow Dancer, Look What Youve Done To Me, Harbor Lights..........................

Damn is his music AWESME!!!!!!!

You want to purchase an AWESOME CD. He has added about 5 songs off his orginal Hits CD. All the additions are from Silk Degrees.

What a smoooooottttthhhh soulful voice!!!!!

Have not heard anything from the Boz in a long time. One of the best songs off his greatest hits is a tune called You can have me anytime, featuring an awesome guitar solo by the one and only Carlos Santana. Yeah the Boz can sing: Hey Miss Sun, Lido Shuffle (great party song, I would love to hear DDY play that great keyboard bit), Jo Jo, etc.

My first choice would be Steve Perry. Then Glen Burtnik. Boz would definately not be far behind. Others: Don Henley, Robin Zander, Billy Joel, Rob Thomas, Paul McCartney...remember this is a wish list.

Jeremy H.
Sadie and Suite with a duet with Dennis :D

LOL...now Abita...I have a decent enough voice...but please don't subject the world to that. It's hard enough to sell music these days.

For me off of your list I'd not want Bryan Adams, Joe Cocker, or the Boss. I could live with the other choices.

As long as whomever it is does a decent job with it...I'm good with it.

Whomever it is, you have to remember that Dennis was looking for someone with a totally different singing style than his own. Someone with a deeper sound and rough around the edges. NO reason he wouldn't be looking for someone with the same type of characteristics for the US version
