This thread has convinced me it is time to dust off the ol looney tunes collections DVD's I got for xmas a few years ago !

can anyone point me towards any catoons made in the last 25 years that will be remembered as fondly 40-60 years after they were made ????

I didnt think so....

I'm just waiting for a release or two of the old WB cartoons that didnt feature Bugs, Daffy, Porky, etc.....there were some classics there that arent getting the love they deserve !

actually, AVATAR: the last airbender is a very well done series. its on one of the nick stations. i think a movie is also in the works...

otherwise, yes, you are correct. they don't make them like they used to. my 7 year old daughter just LOVES the flintstones & the jetsons. (but bugs rulz)
