I went to see U2 3D last night
Al I can say is this was the best visual experience I have ever had in front of a movie screen.
3D and U2 mix perfect

The layered effects blew me away
This was an awesome experience
I cannot believe how it was filmed

I swear to you I reached out to the screen many times as it felt like Bono was reaching for my hand
I was just amazed

This one is a must see
I promise you will be blown away

GO SEE IT...

The U2 Zoo TV tour in 1992 was by far the best concert I had ever seen, blew away any concert I had seen before or since - including Styx, Queen and the Who. It was like they took the rock concert to another level. Their next tour, the PopMart sucked. I would like to check this out.

For once in my life I'll agree with Froy. This is a must see even if you hate U2.

It's that good.

Yes, you will leave a U2 fan.

Kinda bummed they cut my favorite songs from the Vertigo tour from the film ("Zoo Station," "City Of Blinding Lights," etc) but an amazing experience nonetheless.

I wanted Bad at the end

Funny thing everyone walked out during the credits and it was actually a live song Yaway
There was a maze visual nobody saw because they all walked out
Its was mind blowing
If you see this do not leave durning the credits

Totally agree.

U23D is something not to be missed. The last tour was amazing and this captures it really well. (I, too, wish they hadn't cut the best song from the tour out though - CIty of Blinding Lights.

I went and saw U23D and also was blown away. I have not seen a U2 concert video that has not been excellant. I also had hoped City of Blinding Lights had been included, maybe when it is released to home DVD they will include the songs not show in the theater.

The songs/setlist of the U23D movie is -

Vertigo
Beautiful Day
New Years Day
Stuck In A Moment You Can't Get Out Of
Love & Peace
Sunday Bloody Sunday
Bullet The Blue Sky
Miss Sarajevo
Pride (In The Name Of Love)
Where The Streets Have No Name
One
The Fly
With Or Without You
Yahweh - during the closing credits

Maybe I'm a purist, but I think it should be "40" at the end of any U2 movie.
