Setlist for "Kilroy Was Here" tour?

Postby bbernardini » Sun Feb 24, 2008 10:41 pm

With the DVD of "Caught In The Act" coming out, I've started wondering once again, what was the FULL setlist for the "Kilroy Was Here" shows? Obviously, the live album and video do not present the show in its entirety.

I remember at the show they did in Philadelphia on 9/25/83, Babe was not performed. I don't believe they did Twist & Shout at our show either.

That is the exact set list they did in March of 1983 at the Berkley Community Theatre.
They only did part of Twist and shout, though. Not the whole song.

Later in the year in when I saw them in a big arena they did not do Babe and replaced it with Lady.

Ah, so one could theoretically recreate a whole "Kilroy" show (for personal use, of course) by combining the "Caught In The Act" CD and DVD. Interesting... :)

Yeah, and if you could find a soundboard recording of the 83 show with "Lady" then it would be definately complete.

I never did see this tour but people I have talked to mentioned them swapping out Lady & Babe on several occasions and I seem to remember one person telling me they did "Borrowed Time" at least once.

Is the bit of dialogue on the video before "Cold War" added in to aid in the continuity, since they rearranged the order of the set and cut some things out? It wouldn't make sense after "Suite Madame Blue."
