DDY forgets the words...........

This was actually the very first time Styx ever played live on TV, if I'm not mistaken. They did a million TV shows at their peak, but those were all canned back then. These EOTC appearances were the first live TV the band ever did, and I think this was the first of them. You know, Dennis sometimes tends to forget words anyway, it's just one of his things. As nervous as they must have been for this, we're lucky he didn't forget an entire verse or something, LOL. Actually once you get past the error, this is a good version of "Lady". I remember seeing it and thinking, 'Maybe Styx without Tommy isn't going to suck, after all.'

I hope all is well.

funny. I looked for that clip a long time ago and couldn't find it.
Oops!

It's like the last season of the Brady Bunch when they all got perms.

Did Styx go to Hawaii and find a 'good luck charm' that was actually a cursed Idol?
Maybe Tommy got hurt in a surfing accident and that's why Glen, er Glenn took his spot.

Methinks yes!

;)

I looked at both Arsenio clips again for fun. They were most definitely rockin' the perms. :)

Dennis both sounded, and looked, HOT! Mistake or not, it didn't matter. His vocals were dead-on perfect.

Glen looks like such a little baby. Weird hair, but very, very cute.

And JY's frizz......

Sterling said it. A very good appearance (woof! woof!).
