How are Tommy fans pissed off about this album? Dennis's success could only help the current members of Styx with the publicity he's getting. If Dennis's CD became a roaring success with chart making hits (extremely doubtful), it would only make Tommy and JY more money through increased media coverage. Tommy has said publicly many times he wishes Dennis success in his varied endeavors. Now if you would have said JY or his fans, you might have a very small point.

I really don't think TS and DDY are at odds. Both have been complimentary to each other (although TS doesn't speak much these days).

Over at Amazon, the album download is as of this moment #346 in MP3 albums (which if you think of it, is REALLY good) and here are the CD stats:
Amazon.com Sales Rank: #224 in Music (See Bestsellers in Music)
Popular in these categories: (What's this?)

#28 in Music > Classic Rock > Album-Oriented Rock (AOR)
#32 in Music > Pop > Adult Contemporary

It was lower yesterday (close to #400) in the overall rank, but still, to be that high even for a few days means he's shifting copies.

Last night it was #18 in Classic Rock and #153 in Music. Nice numbers! I think some of the limited publicity/reviews he has gotten helped, since they have been so positive.

It is nice to see it doing well today, too, Allan.

Oh, and I think classic was referencing the old frozen river Styx, no? It didn't seem to be a dis on DDY and the album.

Bugsy
