I was just watching the US '83 Festival and I wish they would put these together again, but I understand it's hard to make money on those things...anyway, here's my dream rock lineup if there ever was another festival...no particular order...(no dead people)
Styx
Journey
Van Halen
Rush
ZZ Top
Aerosmith
Triumph
Night Ranger
Ted Nugent
Van Halen most likely on top followed by Aerosmith.

Fantasy ehh?
I'll have Montrose w/ Hagar playing the best of the 2 first albums.
Golden Earring playing all of Moontan and the good bits from Switch
Styx playing Equinox + the best of Crystal Ball
Then I like to crack open a bottle of champers and settle down on a couch in front row,and have Roxy Music play all of Stranded and all of Country Life.
Yea,that should do it.
