hey guys im just wondering what other styx fans think of my music... i wouldn't say it sounds influenced by styx necessarily but i've been a massive styx fan since i was 12 so i'm sure i'm inspired by them.

always make sure every song has a hook.

I dig it, especially "Green" and "Too Many Times". "Too Many Times" has a cool groove, and I like how the electric comes in toward the middle. My best friend does acoustic and vox, and you soud a lot like him. I can almost hear a hint of bluegrass here and there with the acoustic. Any influences?

hey thats cool to hear man thanks...yeah aside from styx, the smithereens, oasis, violent femmes, tom petty, neil young, ryan adams, the replacements, the stone roses. i could go on a long long time. i'd like to hear your friends music.
