I believe it was Suite, and maybe a few others here, that got me onto this group. Their newest release "The Incident" is really nice.

"Time Flies", the centerpiece song, is just gorgeous with lyrics that sure do resonate with me.

"time flies" should have been called "dogs" and appeared on an album called "animals" about 30 years ago. i still love it though.

I've got a shortened/edited version of Time Flies on a sampler disc and I love it. I've never listened to this band before but will get this album based on that alone.

They're in Montreal next Tuesday. I'm going to see if I can make it.

They are great. The latest is a bit underwhelming though. A few too many Frippesque "soundscapes" and "ambient tracks" for my liking. But, it doesn't get any finer than In Absentia and Deadwing. AWESOME albums.

Fear of a Blank Planet had some bright spots, but I kinda found that one to be not the direction I want them to move in. But, Steven Wilson will do whatever he wants, when he wants... there's no stopping that.
