Has Dennis lost all interest?

What's up with Dennis Deyoung? He hasn't posted a new note in months. He's not playing much. He didn't promote the US version of 100 Years From Now - which is too bad because its the best SRP since Kilroy. I guess its because of the musicals. I hope he hasn't lost all interest in rock or his rock fanbase.

It may be his age.

I read an article that stated he was like some of those baseball players that defect from Cuba. They lie like hell about their age, so did Dennis. His actual birth certificate was just located and it states that he was born in 1939.

He is over 70.

He is starting to slow down.

you can read the article and view his birth certificate at: www.dennisdeyoungisreally71thisishisact ... ficate.com

It took me approximately 10 seconds to read Higgy's post.

Then it took me around 25 seconds to read the article about Dennis and his fake birth certificate.

It took me another minute to process it all while comparing it in my brain to the Cuban defectors playing pro ball.

It then took me another 2.5 minutes to type up my post.

Four minutes five seconds and some change & Ive researched & posted!!!!!

This is why all of you are happy that I am here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As far as his posts go, Suzanne DeYoung mentioned to me last year in a meet and greet that they were having all kinds of issues with the website from a technical point. She has not updated the crib in ages either.

Gee, I wonder if this was the first thing that was said at the band meeting before they called Lawrence Gowan?

Except, I guess the difference is that Brave New World was an embarrassing album. Oh, and Lawrence Gowan is a man-boobed tool without Dennis's talent.

Agreed, it was a lame album HOWEVER, it still should've been promoted and maybe the band wouldn't have moved on had Dennis been more involved with Styx and not his musical.
As for Gowan- The guy's voice isn't what Dennis's is. But his playing is leaps and bounds above DeYoung's.

I am really suprised Dennis hasn't really mentioned much about his involvement with 101 Dalmations. Almost seems like he isn't all to proud of it.
