Hi:

Wanted to let everyone know that Part Three of my recent interview with Michael Cartellone is now up at We Will Rock You http://www.wewillrockyoublog.com/2009/1 ... art-three/

In this podcast episode we discuss the start of Damn Yankees; jamming with Tommy Shaw and Ted Nugent; early Damn Yankees demos; jamming with Tommy, Ted and Jack Blades; more demos; possibility of Styx reuniting at that time; and the chemistry between the members of Damn Yankees.

More to follow. Thanks!

Thanks, I'm glad you're enjoying them. I am trying to be more conscious of saying, "Cool, cool" . . . and "right, right" . . . and, "I gotcha" . . . and the ever-popular "very good, very good". LOL. I want to stop doing that because I am working on a live show idea that you will all be hearing about soon (very soon!) and I want to be a little bit less relaxed and just a bit more formal.

More to come soon!

.... yeah, but even those peeps with those types of shows are relaxed. Relaxed is good. Best McCartney interviews I've ever heard were Howard Stern's. No lie. Stern's kind of a creep, but his McCartney interviews are really good, funny, and definitely entertaining. Be yerself!

For God sake don't try to be Larry King. That guy blows!

;)

I have actually never seen Howard's McCartney interviews, now I'll have to go look them up. I'm not a huge fan of some of the less tasteful elements of his show - like making fun of various handicapped groups or what have you - but I actually think that his fearlessness as an interviewer does make for some good interviews. He has no problem asking questions that most interviewers just would not dare.

Probably not much worry that I'll emulate Larry King, LOL.

Sterling, I'm having difficulty navigating your site. I found a few news stories and a couple of audio interviews. But mostly I just see adds.

It's a blog, all the postings are in order of the day they were done . . . just scroll down any page, and you can click to previous pages at the bottom of each page where it says "previous entries", there are literally hundreds and hundreds of news items and quite a few original interviews. Also on the right hand column there are headings for news, opinion, interviews and podcasts; click on either interviews or podcasts and you can select from just those items if that's what you're most interested in. In fact the interviews are here http://www.wewillrockyoublog.com/category/interviews/

Hopefully that'll get you set! Thanks.
