I literally live ten minutes away from the Chester show, but because I'm under 21 I can't get in. Gotta love those laws!

I'm sure you'd be able to get in with a parent or guardien but i would double check with the venue first. It worked for me before i hit 21 last year.

You're right, that could work. I'll do some investigating. I've never planned to go to Harrah's before, but I know some big name casino/hotel in Atlantic City gave me and some friends a big fat NO. Funny thing is, the music room is in a part of the building completely separated from the casino. Outrageously, one could not even stay in the hotel part without being at least 21!

Yeah that's what i don't get what's the point of being 18 when you can't even legally drink or gamble (keyword: legally) totally blows

Ah you guys are living in the wrong state/province..
Here in Alberta, the legal drinking age is... EIGHTEEN!
Now you can go back to your regularly scheduled grip sessions..

DDY played at Northern Lights - Casino in Milwaukee, that was a 21 & older only show. He's played quite a few 21 & older venues same as other bands.
Hope he doesn't drop the f bomb? What musician hasn't dropped an F bomb at a concert in their life time? Depending on the venue, crowd, etc. sometimes it happens.

Being sarcastic I know it could happen. Just not used to seeing him do 21 or over shows. Just saying that at casino shows kc drops it more than usual.

Having never met him, or seen REO live I can say that I can't imagine KC cursing at all, let alone the f bomb.

Jeez does everyone complain about him taking a minute before a certain song for a little info behind the tune? Not like he does it for every song. Sorry just venting

Let me ask you, how many times have you seen REO live in concert?
I've seen them at least 12 times since the 80's (yes, give me a cookie) anyway, in the amount of shows that you have seen, which I'm sure was a lot, how many of those shows has Kevin told his PERSONAL stories that ended up going on and on? Stories that had nothing to do with the song they were going to go into?
It's kind of a running joke with some fans that he tends to talk a lot, especially his Playboy story - LOL During that tour he was very excited telling the story that he did go on for at least 12 minutes - LOL
The last time I saw REO was last year at the Wisconsin State Fair. It was the first show of the tour, it was one of the best REO shows that I've seen. They were great, the song list was great, the whole atmosphere was great. It was only a 2 hour show, but they kept the music going almost non-stop. I do enjoy when Kevin does talk about a song and the background of it.

Seen them too many times to count since '03 i'm just saying that it just seems like all that everyone complains about with reo is with kc yapping so much just really irritating.

Reread what Suite said. The reason people complain about Kevin yapping is....well Kevin yapps a lot during a show. And the fans would rather get an extra song or two.
I'm sure Kevin is telling the Playboy story "for his twins.."
A minute or so before a song nobody would care. Fidteen minutes in a 75 minute set, it's a bit to much.

Thank you! TheNightBull didn't read what I wrote and I highly doubt he has seen REO live that many times, otherwise he would know EXACTLY what I'm talking about especially since he lives in the Milwaukee area and REO tends to come here quite often.

No, I don't plan on seeing them at the Crystal Grand. I personally prefer seeing them at the outdoors shows.
The REO show in the Grandstands were $10, not too bad. Again, that was one of the BEST REO shows that I have seen. I wish I could've taped the show.

If I don't see REO again it'll be too soon. I know Styx loves touring with them, but sheesh. At this point I'd only go see a Styx/REO show if Styx was the guaranteed opener and I could leave after.
