What does this mean?

It means that you're a troll who has nothing else to do but create arguments with Styx fans. There is absolutely nothing interesting about you.

Were you hoping to find an anonymous person on the internet "interesting?" Wow. Seeing as how your post had absolutely nothing with the original topic, I'd say you're the troll.

Actually it is a good song. But I guess your taste is more in the vein of "Just Fell In".

P.S. Tommy needs some sleep, so he'd ask you to remove your nose from his ass...

Just fell In sucks too, just not as hard as Fallen Angel. As far as Tommy's ass goes, I'd say you'd have to get Dennis's cock out of your mouth before you'd be able to see anyone else's ass.

For the sake of solving my boredom, I'm going to treat the topic as legitimate and "explain" what the song means, even though its obvious.

To answer your first question; It's a line that means that our role models and leaders are putting on an image, and giving us a message that is not (always) in line with who they really are.

And for your 2nd question; the Biblical Abraham is known as the religious father whose teachings are the foundation of Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. Which is really funny because the 3 different groups hate each other.

Over and out.

What planet are you living on? No offense, but it's basic knowledge (not even religious) that the three major religions in the world - Judaism, Christianity, and Islam - all have the same common origin. Re

Although I'm beginning to think after the past 10 years, Styx is a religion for some, and others DDY. Not in my world, but the delusional one they live in.

You go ahead and ridicule God at your own peril. If you're insinuating that all of us who have religion are brainwashed, then I suggest you look at the tip of your finger and understand all of the genius that went into the design of that finger, and just chalk it up to random luck. Good luck with that.

I'm not a biologist, but I do know that every intelligent professor and biologist I've talked to rejects the creation myth. I can accept the fact that there are some things that are just impossible to know. Humans use religion to attempt to explain what they can't understand. It's a crutch...a comfort, if you will. A concept created by men to establish a certain level of "morality" (although much of it defies natural humanity) and to comfort those facing death. Nothing more.

Science and logic demolishes the creation myth. Tell me, if the universe was "created" only thousands of years ago, why is starlight from billions of light years away visible to us? Science hasn't completely figured something out yet, so you just cop-out and say there must be some god that created it? Must be nice to live in a bliss with no real research and just the notion that "god did it."

I asked you one question. Do you have an answer or do you need to diffuse the situation and try to create another diversion? Nothing Man creates lasts for eternity. The Bible endures, the church endures, the earth endures, all God created. Name one human derived institution that can equal these institutions much less surpass. Your soul is worth more than science can explain.

If you are asked for the same 'proof' as you seem to ask here, you also fail.

"Prove" that man did not 'write' the Bible.
"Prove" that man did not establish church to fill an inward, somewhat selfish, need?
"Prove" that God created the Earth without pointing the Bible that you can not prove that man did not write.

As for your question of "who" did monkeys evolve from...You are asking the wrong question. If you want the scientific explanation, humans evolved from a different branch from millions of years ago from a species of primate that evolved to walk upright. Monkeys took a different evolutionary path. We are not evolved from monkeys, but a common ancestor...that ancestor is common to all primates alive today: Monkeys, apes, and humans.

People have a choice. They can believe in God or not. If not, you are told to wipe your feet off and move on to the next door...not to keep sharing the same message over and over again to the same person who has obviously made his choice.

The whole "theory" of evolution is that all life evolved from amoebas. If the theory of evolution is to hold water, there has to be an unbroken line between those amoebas and us. Whether or not you try and interpret the bible literally is a choice. The story of Genesis is not meant to be interpretted literally. Of course the Bible was written by Humans, but for the millions of us who believe, we believe they wrote it with devine inspiration. My faith does not require me to disprove evolution. I'm merely pointing out flaws in this theory. If we continuallly evolve, why don't dolphins and whales have gills? There are countless more that shows that there are some gaping holes in this theory. Besides, you didn't answer a direct question either, what did monkees evolve from?

Look, believe in evolution all you want. Just refrain from taking the next huge step that says there is no God. My faith demands that I pray for your soul and every one elses. I won't quote from scripture but I will quote from The Godfather "You're a practical man, what do you have to lose?"

The bible is created by man. The church is bent and amended to suit personal needs. The whole protestant church was created because the King of England wanted a divorce and the catholic church wouldn't grant that to him. I'm not a biologist and never claimed to be, but every reputable scholar of biology I've spoken with has rejected the creation myth. You refuse to accept the fact that biology hasn't figured everything out yet. The scientific process takes time, but the breakthroughs they've had so far point in the exact opposite direction of the creation myth. Creationists, on the other hand, just live in bliss and ignorance with the notion of "god made it" and "god will take care of it" without ever seeking any hard answers. Any belief system that needs to use fear to advance itself is fundamentally flawed. "You need to believe us or you'll burn in hell forever"

See, creationists already believe they know the final answer (that "god" created the universe) so they distort their research to try to make it point to that. Real scientists don't start researching something while holding a preconceived notion that they already know the answer.

Actually Martin Luther started the Protestant movement, then Calvin, then Henry VIII.

"The Creation Myth" is only a Myth for those too narrow minded to read a story meant for individuals 4000 years ago and demand that it be read Literally. If indeed God exists, What is one of his "days"? In Genesis, Adam and Eve had 2 sons and then they took wives. Where did the wives come from? There are many questions that today's sensibilities have for stories that were meant to give an explanation for the times so they could understand it in terms they could relate to.

Creationists, on the other hand, just live in bliss and ignorance with the notion of "god made it" and "god will take care of it" without ever seeking any hard answers. Any belief system that needs to use fear to advance itself is fundamentally flawed. "You need to believe us or you'll burn in hell forever"

What is you concern for burning in hell if you don't believe in God? You also don't understand Christianity at all. The only person who can condemn is also the only one who can save. I never said my Religion won't allow me to believe in evolution, but you've yet to answer one of my questions. Evolution has holes in it as large as the sea we supposedly sprang from.

See, creationists already believe they know the final answer (that "god" created the universe) so they distort their research to try to make it point to that. Real scientists don't start researching something while holding a preconceived notion that they already know the answer

Most "real" scientists I know believe in God. When you understand how things truly work, it becomes apparent the genius of it's creation. Most higher intellectual individuals can see the magnificence of our design.

My faith does not require me to disprove evolution.

and, yet you try to do it anyway.

I'm merely pointing out flaws in this theory.

and, you do it without recognizing the flaws in your own theory...which also makes you a hypocrite.

If we continuallly evolve, why don't dolphins and whales have gills?

Why do they need them?

what did monkees evolve from?

The Monkees evolved from the desire for the US to have their own version of the Beatles.

Look, believe in evolution all you want. Just refrain from taking the next huge step that says there is no God.

Why? What are you going to do about it?

There is no God.

Ooops, I just broke your rule. Sorry about that.

My faith demands that I pray for your soul and every one elses.

It demands that you allow God to judge and punish sin. That's not your job. It demands that you live your life according to your beliefs as an example for others. It demands that you tell t he tale. It also demands that after you tell the tale that you walk away and let God judge them.

I won't quote from scripture but I will quote from The Godfather "You're a practical man, what do you have to lose?"

And, I will tell you to let go and to let God. You can't control what other people believe. You can't control what other people post here. You also do not have any control over their salvation.

I like it too,but wasn't that Badfinger?
Maybe with 2 wannabees the US stood a better chance?
