Yes i know it is but i was talking to a buddy of mine and he had no idea. He's a casual styx fan but he's only been aware of the journey song of the same name. So has anyone else had an experience like this?

Actually, my boyfriend didn't recognize a couple songs that were done by Styx because he didn't hear Dennis' voice (TMTOMH and Renegade) :P

i know lots of people who have become styx fans in the last 11 years or so and they know the live albums and the concerts and then when i play them grand illusion or an early album they're like "who the hell is singing csa and lady'?

But how many of those "millions" knew the band before 1999? Besides "Cyclorama" and "The Big Bang Theory" (which btw I will gladly give to anyone free of charge along with The JY Group's "Out On A Day Pass" which is on a cassette tape lol), they've been hearing the same stuff since the 70's but with a different singer
