I wasn't wild about him before, but liked him last night. And how smart was his song choice?? Heh

I could see that act he has doing very well in a Vegas setting.

(He needs to stop crying, though.)

I was so stoked that he made it! (But annoyed that the diva singer got through and not Wreckless, who were flipping awesome)

The rest of the choices were dead-on.

I agree with you, Bugsy. He would do well to let go of the "father" and "since I was a kid" schtick now (It's not actually a schtick, it's true, but still...it's losing its effectiveness, IMO). However, he really is a good performer, and I totally love his dancers/assistants. The song choice was pretty smart, for sure.

I am rooting for him. Maybe will actually vote, since I think he is a really good performer with a really entertaining show.

Yeah, I tend to think so. He has always been very close with his family (it's an Italian thing) and was always known to be a gentle giant of sorts. Now he looks all scary, but he's quite the teddy bear. (used to even sorta look like one)
