Why "Rock and Roll Feeling"?

Postby BlackWall » Mon Aug 02, 2010 4:54 pm

Seeing the faves of the Wooden Nickel era thread reminded me of this: Why is "Rock and Roll Feeling" on the "Styx Anthology", "Styx Gold" or whatever they're calling it these days?? They just wanted a song from "Miracles", ok, but how did they go about choosing that one? Not that it's terrible, but while the album had no hits, weren't there better songs to represent the period?

It's a crime to me that "Young Man" didn't make the collection.

I am not exactly sure. I think that it was released as a single back in the WN days. It seems to be one of their better known songs from that era besides Lady of course.

Believe it or not I have heard it on the radio before. Been years ago but I heard it as a double shot
