I saw Journey there about 5-7 years ago and they were giving away free cake because it was some sort of anniversary for the venue. The place sucked because they made you drink your beers on the lobby. :x

PS Journey sold that dump out in less than a day.

We traveled through a fucking snowstorm that night and missed the first 2 or 3 songs. Weren't you there with Deano? I went with "Tito" from the Journey forum and we busted Jon Cain (we think) lip-synching Every Generation that night. Perhaps he wasn't the only one.

Yes, I met up with Deano that night with a friend. Too bad we didn't know you and Tito back then, it was a blast of weekend. I'm sure you've seen some of the pictures LOL Fun snowstorm - NOT! What a mess to drive in. It seemed everyone made it in by the 3rd song. Wasn't that the night the Lip-Gate started?

That storm was horrible. I have no idea when the lip-synching started, and I haven't seen any pictures from that night, but I did hear Dean was doing snow angels in his underwear or some shit like that.

Yep, he did the snow angels all right - LOL There was SO much that happened that whole weekend we could probably write a movie, seriously. He also ended up in the hospital the night after. We were at a sports bar in Illinois, right across the street from Da Bears practice field. Well, some former Bears owns this bar - long story on how I didn't recognize the whole Bears team having their Friday night dinner in the back room. We decided to watch the Packers/Bears game there on Sunday. I was all dressed in my Packer clothes, um, the only one during the game (LOL) Anyhoo, I had to buy shots for some of the Bears fans because Favre had a crappy game, we all ended up playing some bar games and Deano hurt his hand (long story) and had to go to the emergency room.

Now that was ALL your fault. I told you about the storm coming and you didn't believe me. I left Wisconsin early enough to make it to the concert. You should've too!!! You drove me crazy that day/night trying to make it there!! I remember we couldn't sell your ticket for the whole amount. UGH
