I apologize and I was wrong. I sent Froy 2 PM'S from this site. The first was sent Sat Nov 6, 2010 @ 6:08 am it read:

Careful my friend If you really have 75 thousand listeners you better be worried about the piracy laws. Just today a lady by the name of Jammie Thomas Rassett was fined 1.9 million dollars for downloading 24 songs. I read where 6 were from the Beattles. For whatever reason Michael Jackson's estate was in on the federal prosecution. This is a federal crime and our Obama run government needs money.

When it was me and 3 others listening that was one thing but if what you posted is correct be careful

The station is up and running just fine unfortunately I can't trust Yogi and his threats so it will remain private.
When I play a STYX concert I don't need to look over my shoulder to see if YOGI is on the phone causing trouble.

I'm thinking Yogi was warning against streaming copyright content. Music aired over the internet has to be audited by ASCAP/BMI/SECAM for not only song writing royalties but performance royalties (unlike terrestrial radio, which only pays songwriters).

Geez, when he first started posting about his "station", I posted this same warning regarding radio shows...that if somebody wanted to cause him problems, all they would have to do is turn him in to KBFH, or whoever. This "radio station" was doomed from the start, IMO.
