I'm sure everyone has noticed here and it was brought up in the past, but it was bugging me tonight when I was listening to DY so I figured I'd cry about it. Didn't Tommy say, "hey Glen, I wrote that melody before like 11 years ago." I have just been wondering that for a long time.

To tell you the truth, the first time I heard "Kiss Your Ass Goodbye" I laughed out loud and started singing "Where You Goin' Now." But I doubt that Glen is even familiar with that song, it wasn't that big of a hit and it faded away very quickly. Even "Where You Goin' Now" comes off to me like a cheap re-write of "High Enough." Every song sounds like something else. Tommy probably didn't even remember that melody. You know, fans take this stuff WAY more seriously than the performers do sometimes. It's just a job.
