How to make a Styx show interesting again

They're good musicians, Tommy's a good vocalist, and they're entertaining and energetic to watch. But with that said, their live shows are terribly stale. I can go to a package tour Styx concert and tell you the setlist before they go on, and have been pretty much able to since 2008. From 1999-2005ish they were interesting live. They always played a few new songs from Brave New World or Cyclorama and dug some cool older songs out. But from after that until now (exception being GI/P08) they've been pretty stagnant and offering cookie cutter sets every tour. Let's mix it up a little bit to make the diehards smile and the casuals fat & happy. Theater tour.
Midnight Ride
Do Things My Way
Blue Collar Man
The Grand Illusion
Crystal Ball
Christopher, Mr. Christopher
Snowblind
Love In The Midnight
Lady
Brave New World
These Are The Times
Suite Madame Blue
Fooling Yourself
Captain America
Come Sail Away
All The Lovers In The World

All the lovers in the world? What's that? I say take out Mr. Christopher (it's too much of a Dennis signature song) and drop in Fields of the Brave. Put in Born For Adventure. It's a Dennis song, but not really "him". It'd work well with this lineup. Yeah, "Do Things My Way" is a great tune. Not sure why that was never done live other than it might look like they were slamming Dennis. It's water under the bridge at this point. They should play it.

All The Lovers In The World is from Lawrence's 1990 "Lost Brotherhood" album

They can't. Dennis owns and has all the costumes and props from Kilroy. In fact, rumor has it Dennis only wears his Kilroy rubber suit when at home.

That's 100% Bull. There is a halloween costume store in Longview,TX that has a full supply of Jonathan Chance & Robert Orin Charles Kilroy costumes. Dr. Rightous was sold out but I had TWO (2) salespeople tell me that they would have at least 4 Rightous costumes in every size(kids& adults) by next Tuesday.
Get your facts straight before you start posting on a topic that you obviously know NOTHING about!!!
My son will trick or treat this year as Dr. Rightous!!! How cool is that????
P.S. The Dr Rightous costume comes with an empty bucket of Dr. Rightous Fried Chicken that can be used as a candy sack. The Kilroy costume comes complete with a Roboto mask. This means for half the night your child can trick or treat as Kilroy himself and the other half he can go as a roboto. He can hit the same house TWICE!!!
P.S.S. The Jonathan Chance costume is kind of a rip off. The only cool feature is it does come with a button that say damnit, twice in a row. I guess it can be used if you hit a house that gives away bad candy, popcorn balls, pennies, or something nutritious.

Somebody must have leaked the secret plans for Styx' 2012 tour, Chuck was going to do this very same thing. It would be more believable too.

The Jonathan Chance costume looked like a Hardy Boys costume. The only cool feature was the Jonathan Chance button that when pressed said 'damnit, damnit'. That is kind of cool. Personally, if it were for me I would have gotten the Robert Orin Charles Kilroy costume. It is two costumes in one because it includes the Roboto mask. I tried to talk my son into this costume. He just didnt think the fact that you could hit the good houses twice was enough to purchase it.
He really thinks that Dr. Rightous is a bad ass. That is one of the reasons that he got it. They were in stock yesterday and he purchased it. It looks pretty good. The Dr. Rightous Fried Chicken bucket is kind of small for a candy sack, but we will make it work.

My son got booed by the ENTIRE neighborhood when he stepped outside last night to show me his Rightous costume. He had no clue that my daughters lemonade stand had brought two blocks worth of people to our front yard. Couldnt even get him to school this morning as the story spread throughout our town.
This nightmare could become our families Waterworld moment!!!

So if I buy the Jonathon Chance costume do I get an autograph from the guy who played "Damone" in Fast Times at Ridgemont High?????????

The first time I saw the Kilroy movie in concert I yelled out "hey, that's Damone!!!
Also I love the part about the bucket of chicken being used for halloween candy. Classic!!!

The only perk I saw with the Jonathan Chance costume was the 'damnit button'. The costume made my son look like a Hardy Boy.
He loved the Rightous costume, but now he is being ostracised by our entire neighborhood.

My wife just called she finally got my son to school. Now he is sooo tramuatized he is talking about scraping the Dr. Rightous costume all together. He is starting to think that JY and Styx are NOT cool.
He asked his mom(my wife) how long it would take him to put on 'a whole alot of weight'. He said if he could gain a bunch of weight before halloween he throw on his catchers gear and go as Axl Rose.
