Not sure tickets for the Charlotte show are selling well

I went to the Fillmore in Charlotte last night to see Warren Haynes, and they were offering Styx tickets for Sunday night for $10. I've seen them several times (and enjoyed them every time), but I passed.

That's good entertainment for $10. I've been to Charlotte and it's a hell of a nice city. One thing I've always noticed about cities like Denver and Charlotte, however, is that they sometimes feel like they lack identity because of "Transplant Syndrome."

The lack of native Charlotte/Denver residents, as opposed to people who have moved there for job opportunities/weather/etc. makes me feel like there isn't a lot of homegrown identity/culture. That makes selling things like pro sports and concerts (to a lesser extent than sports) a lot harder because there aren't organic fanbases for these kinds of things.

And we all know how Florida is with that kinda stuff too.
