Need some good comedy to watch...

Seriously dude, you gripe and gripe 24/7 about these guys, but you watch everything they do.
Why put yourself through it?

Cause he's never going to post here again.

On May 19th, last show of the season. It was supposed to be June 2nd so I don't know what changed and why the two episodes between got shelved.

Eddie Trunk has said that another block of shows are set to air in the summer. Filming for those is set around June.

Now, he revealed that for logistical purposes, the NETWORK decided that 2 of the recently filmed shows will air in the summer.

My guess is that it deals with funds to film the show. By holding off a few, they can get a slightly larger summer season.

What's wrong with 2/5 of Styx on TMS? Nothing. Hell, they had MM on there and he was annoying as shit. At least Tommy and JY are somewhat articulate and you know Eddie will ask about DDY. He's like an US Weekly reporter covering rock and metal bands.

Quite frankly, I'm surprised none of you have ripped on Tommy for being a guest judge on Cupcake Wars...Go ahead, have at it....

Eh, you said that. I call BS on that. You obviously really care about Styx these days as you never miss anything they do.
If you hate em as much as you say, I don't see why you post about them so much and never miss a thing they do.

I love TMS, but am glad I wasn't the only one that could only stand about 11 minutes of MM.

You know who else really annoys me? Mike Portnoy. He needs to get over the fact he left DT and they moved on without him-with an awesome drummer, to boot.

well the only thing with portnoy is that he is now feeling the classic "dont know what you got til it's gone".......i'm cutting him some slack on things.....he was feeling a little burned out on DT and flirting with other things big time and never in a million years dreamed they would muster on without him since he was one of the founding members and they had been together for 25 years etc..... so even though he caused it hes now feeling the remorse and jeaoulsy of it all.

i think their new cd is one of the best they have ever done and maybe the best. mangini drums perfectly.......and as good as it all is I will be extremely surprised if portnoy is not back in the band within two years. because in this case, unlike others we know, both parties have said nothing but nice things about each other......so i dont think there is a great deal of bad blood between them......they will miss him and he will show remorse and all the old family feelings will return and he will be back.

but i hope if he does that that his leanings toward the cookie mosnter vocals and crap like that are left far behind.....DT returning to their more melodic sound on this albume was great!!!!
