While I do agree with this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I DO have to say that Tommy as a recovered drug user more importantly as an advocate for those recovering, shouldn't be saying this kind of stuff probably. That leads me to believe that he didn't.

Let's not forget,that before Tommy was even in Styx,
Dennis was writing songs telling everybody to light up,and get happy.
