Wanted to see Alice cooper's warmup show (and split) before Iron Maiden.
Sold out show at the Molson Amphitheatre which can hold 12-14000.
3 gates open with 3 people doing security check at each, and I mean total gung ho security,
and 2 ticket controllers at each.Mega lineups.By the time I get in, Alice is what it turns out to be playing ,his last song Schools out.
I hear about half of that song. But half of that half a song, had Pink floyd's Another brick in the Wall incoporated, which i fakkin hate.
So I saw approximately 45 seconds of good music, and then left. It's the shortest concert I ever saw to which I had a ticket.
Am not sure yet if I should laugh or cry.Ohh well,Santana tomorrow.Plan to see more than one song then.

That's usually only for the outdoor festivals with the free grandstand. By the time showtime rolls around
everyone scrambles to try & find a seat. Funny stuff actually. That's why I like indoor venues better. They usually have more time in that kind of venue anyway.

Seen them before and I don't like them.Saw them open up for Kiss in early 80ies and then around 2000.

Wow, not too many people who don't like Maiden. Such an amazing following and fan base with those guys. For me, they put on a show like no other. Oh.....saw Styx in Boise, ID last night. Incredible! Love those guys too. :D

Can't say that I am a fan of "The Boss" either. My interest in Kiss stopped when I was 11 years old, the gimmick wore off I guess. As for "The Bieb", I don't think I have ever heard a song by him, nor really cared to. He is part of the artists that are manufactured by the industry these days.

Well, I will say that I am a fan of The Boss, even though I do find a lot of his singing unintelligible. He is a helluva showman, however. I've seen him live twice and they were both 3+ hour blowouts. I'd rank him and Paul McCartney as two of the greatest single live acts I've seen. As for KISS, barf! I always found them and their music ridiculous. I used to laugh at my brother, who, as a 6-year-old squirt who looked just like Bobby Brady, absolutely idolized KISS back in the day. It was always a bit incongruous to see this squeaky-clean little kid so into them. Bieber? Never heard anything by him, and my world is a much saner, happier place for it.
