I would assume that they would have to give DDY a cut of judgement should they win the suit, right?

No inside info but I would almost bet it is DDY who started it. He's still the president of Gelderdisk Ltd. He also stands to make the most money most likely, too. Clearly these guys are not 100% divorced from each other :)

Wouldn't it be ironic if a lawsuit against the former record company brought them back together with an air of camraderie in fighting against the big bad corporation? But then this is Styx and lawsuits and business, so they're all pretty used to it by now I would imagine.

I really wish that Tommy and Dennis would realize the fact that both of their voices are probably the best they've ever been and how exquisite the two singing on stage together would sound.
