Beyond the big 3 singles off that album RTP, TMTOMH, BOT, any other official videos exist?

Did they do one for NEGAP (pop single release - went to #54 Top 100) or Snowblind (Rock Radio release - went to #22 rock radio)?

If they did I've never seen them and have not been released. So my guess is no. Due to production cost to make music videos back then I don't they make one and then not release it. At least for that album.

Thought I saw one for Snowblind but it may have been the Caught In The Act concert video.

I am sure I have it on VHS when MTV played it.

I never saw a video for either of those songs. By the way, Snowblind should have gone to the top of the rock charts. I have no idea how it didn't. It got a ton of airplay on the two rock stations in San Jose back in 1981. It got a ton of airplay on the boomboxes in my neighborhood too!

Im 95% sure that MTV played Snowblind on more than one occasion but I believe that it was just a live concert video of the song.

I too agree that Snowblind was an awesome song and should of been their third single release instead of Nothing Ever Goes As Planned. Great rock song in the Renegade mode.

Then they should of followed Snowblind up with AD1928/Rockin The Paradise. They would of had 4 top 20 songs off Paradise Theater.

My favorite thing about Snowblind was that it has great harmonies. They really had perfected their vocal sound at that point.

I think the reason it didn't go higher on rock charts was that it was at least 4th single off album, probably released almost a year after it came out and everyone had moved on to 1982 music. Victim of single release order....

I think they did release RTP as a single. At least on Rock Stations. It went all the way to #8 on rock tracks. But maybe not as a Pop single? If released as a pop single, I would have edited it to eliminate AD 1928 (avoid confusion with BOT) and start with the guitar lick (and eliminate Dennis singing ...DIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSEEEE!).

In general Styx's harmonies were never better than the Paradise Theater album. Great vocals.

That reminds me of a Kurt Vonnegut quote.

'Do you have a big hole, where your arsehole used to be'

I think your right about this. I seem to remember seeing a video that was taken from CTA. I just can't remember if it was Snowblind.

I never saw anything wrong with Styxcollector's posts. He's just posting his viewpoints and opinions like everyone else does here.

Not your opinions, dude, your tone. I'm not the only one. You don't have to make the rest of us feel stupid because of your "vast knowledge" of the industry.

Wait for it ... sarcasm ...

If you mistake confidence and statements that are true for condescending, I've got a bridge to sell you.

You're the one poking the bear, Toph. How's this: I'll ignore you and you ignore me. Deal? In fact, I'll start that right now.
