Wasn't this part of the bonus material of the CITA DVD release? I think I remember it being on there with Babe from this same show. Maybe I'm confused because there was also a "20th Century Masters" STYX Videos collection that was put out on DVD. Without looking I believe it was on one of them.

So curiosity got the better of me. I checked out the track listings for the two DVD releases I mentioned. This clip is not on either of them. However, Babe and BOTR are. I believe all of these were from a performance recorded for an episode of the original Soundstage program.

I seem to remember this and the Babe and Boat clips were from some European thing (German? is sticking in my head).
I don't think it's Soundstage because the band isn't live.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

I got that from a site that talked about those performances. Perhaps there was more then one version of Soundstage at the time?

This was filmed for a German TV show in June 1980 when Styx was on tour there. Babe was too. Is there a clip of Boat from this appearance? I've never seen it.
Sometimes it makes no sense at all.
