Hey... it had a song picked for a successful Hollywood sequel... album hit 105 on the Billboard 200... Call Me peaked at #5 on the adult contemporary charts..

So better than any of Tommy or JY's solo efforts? :P

hmmmmm, what really is the relevance of that?

i thought many of you guys had established long ago on this board that DDY was almost saintly and TS and JY were just coattail riding drug rattled wannabe's lucky to be in DDY's band?

Therefore, comparing the success of his solo career with either of theirs would really be beneath the caliber of DDY's talent based on my understanding of how many folks on here feel, right?

kind of like saying the Patriots beat a college team in football.
