He bought it for 1.1m and now 2.8m in 5 years, that's a nice return. He was spending a lot of time down in Florida at that time when his daughter was down there if I remember hearing.

He still has his main home in Burr Ridge IL.

I'm wondering if the house was bought for his mother-in-law (and maybe as a vacation home) as she recently passed away after a brief illness and Dennis posted on Facebook that his daughter Carrie Ann had spent the past 5 years in Florida looking after her.
