SACD (super audio CD) Cyclorama

It appears that the latest Styx album Cyclorama will be released as a DVD Audio in May, 2004, according to a story at HighFidelityReview.com. This was confirmed by Silverline themeselves, who gave the release date of May 18, 2004. For the hi-rez Styx fans out there, this is good news.

Please don't confuse SACD and DVD-A. They are two different formats. You need a special SACD player to play a non-hybrid SACD. All you need for a DVD-A is a DVD Player. You can than listen to the music using the Dolby 5.1 layer on the DVD-A in all it's glory IF you have all the speakers. The DVD-A layer gives you higher resolution and better sound but you need a player that is DVD-A Compatible.
