Does anyone have any info on the Styx Cam?

I just found it the other day at

www.styxcrew.com

I saw the schedule. But when exactly is it up? is it during setup, the show, what? Does it show video or stills?

The styxcrew.com cam is a webcam that is set off on the side of the stage next to the monitor board. It refreshes about every 60 seconds or so. It is the brainchild of one of the crew. It does have it's glitches and freezes a bit, but it is a hoot.

At least for the past couple of shows, they have showed some of the set up and the entire concert. The quality of the cam is fair, but it is stationary and always gives you that long shot of the stage. There is also no sound. Just gives you a feel for what the concert is like.

I checked this morning and the cam is back up. There is an interesting message attached. to it. I guess it wasn't intended for the general population of Styx fans. But as they say "it's too late now"

I saw one of the shows a few weeks ago when the site was posted on another group. I watched Nelson and then watched a little bit of Styx later. It's too bad they took it down, it would be nice to watch "behind the scenes" on the computer. It was a great idea, I hope crews of other bands will do this too.
