No, most dates will not happen!

Confirmed are only April 30. in Hamburg and the both Festivalgigs at "Rock the Nation". All others are cancelled (were never confirmed by Management of the Band). You can see the dates also on Pollstar.com.

Was the same. A organizer which wasn´t able to act for the band booked gigs but didn´t talk with the official agency for the band in the U.S. This time it was also that Survivor change his agency , they don´t be at paradise artist anymore if I´m right. Now I know the official agency for the band here in germany and only believe what they make official.

You would think that Survivor would want to do some shows in Germany. I would think that with Robin McAuley's MSG connection that Survivor would do fairly well in Germany with McAuley fronting the band?

Unless McAuley has a bigger drawing power as a name than I'm aware of, I doubt it would matter much at all unless Survivor is planning on playing a bunch of MSG songs. There isn't much overlap in the fanbases, due to the difference in musical style.

Not their fault, but the Springtime Festival in Hamburg with Survivor on april 30th is cancelled!

http://www.german-concerts.de/index.php?id=1754

It's in German language but to make it short, reason was poor/low ticket pre-sale.

So basically this whole German "tour" is gong up in smoke due to various reasons. What do you want to bet the final show is also cancelled? They aren't going to go to germany for 1 show!!!

They come for two schows at the "Rock-the-Nation" Festivals in june to germany. I think this is really realistic because they appearance with Journey, Foreigner and a lot of other bands. This keeps the costs low. I´ve talked with the guys from wizardpromotion here from germany. They are the official agency for the band in germany and the told me the hole tour thing was promoted by "german-concerts" which are not able to act for the band. So I think the june dates are very save. Sadly "pollstar" isn´t up to date.

Before we talk about that people would like to know why the band cancelled Rock The Nations at the last minute so shortly that noone at the festival site knew and only a short notice "Survivor are not performing" in the press tent was been given...with no reason why or what?!?.... Thats unprofessional - the very few people who were expecting the band were pissed... !!! (From the rain and from that last second cancellation...)"

I never said how long the book would be :)

Seriously though...there's a story to be told...even without the band doing much publicly.

I was there and we heard on the last second that Survivor was not showing up. It was a great festival and all the bands were there, except.................
Luckily I was not going only because of Survivor, but I met some people who bought tickets for the Friday gig only to see Survivor live. What a dissapointment for them :-(

I had the chance to see them several times live. I think I will never see them live again................ and I'm wondering if I will miss them?!?!?!??!?!
