Hi there. Let me tell u how I as a German reacted when I saw him appearing there.
This show in Germany runs on Sundays in the morning/afternoon and is mostly watched by very young or very veeeery old people!
I was shocked when I saw him there (Not because of his performance) but because of this stage he or his management did choose.
Man, for years and years I wished that Survivor or Jimi or anybody else of the guys would perform on german TV, in one of the BIG and well admired shows - and now this appearence on that "show".
Nevertheless I enjoy the new stuff,... his voice still is unique. For me there is no other voice in buisiness that touches me more (perhaps John Wetton really comes close).
