I think we have our lyrics mixed up.
Either way... his wee-wee touched my pee-pee.

Any takers as to what exactly Neal whispered into Perry's ear at the Walk of Fame ceremony?

"I want you, I need you, oh baby, oh baby."
"Put the lotion in the basket."
"I farted."

Anybody in this part of the business, whether they're a customer or a musician, knows and respects JSS. There's a shit-ton of guys out there who would love to work and write with Jeff. Why else does it seem like he's working with somebody different every month?
Let's take a brief look at the people Jeff has written and performed with:
Journey
Queen
Talisman
Malmsteen
Soul Sirkus
Tempestt
Dokken
Steve Lukather (soon)
and a ton more I'm forgetting, I know...
Yes, yes... definitely in the bottom third of the MR chain.
He's been around for over 20 years. Please name Top 40 hits, gold and/or platinum albums, and songs played on the radio. And don't jack me off with excuses either, because artists want to have hits. And I know everyone repects him. People respected Mickey Morandini...doesn't mean he was a great baseball player. You, like others, simply can't differentiate a great guy from a great artist. He's a respected journeyman artist. Nothing more.

I've seen you mention "great (whatever..singer, drummer, guitarist, keyboardist, etc)" and "hits, g/p albums, radio play, etc" in quite a few posts in several places. Is it your stance that for ANYONE to be a "great (whatever) they had to have met the criteria you've listed? Just curious.

Valid question that I'm happy to answer. When delusional fans refer to an artist in the same breath as Perry and Mercury, and at the same time blast and laugh at AOR legends like Joe Elliott, Bobby Kimball and Kevin Cronin, it's more than valid to ask what "criteria" they're using. I'm using album sales, longevity, hits, radio play, and tour receipts. I guess they use something different. Fill in gigs, half full bars, minimal units moved and excuses is my guess. I'm done here also.

Oh shit, does that mean Jon Bon Jovi can be classed as 'great?'![]()
He's sold shed loads over here.

Though I haven't liked that band in years they are certainly classified as great.

Just proves it's all down to individual taste, doesn't it.

Jon Bon Jovi WAS great. Now he's the Keith Partridge of Hard Rock... Actually, Brett Michaels is. I swear, he learned every vocal inflection from David Cassidy...

This girl on the other hand owns TWO copies, and if they come within ten feet of the Tidy Bowl man, the offending flusher will possess neither hand nor foot nor "play thing" to pick up or play with.
