It's a photoshop drawing of Steve Perry as Robocop. He has his helmet off, and he's holding a microphone instead of a gun. It doesn't really look like Steve Perry. They should have just used photos of Robocop, and a photo of Steve's face... it would have been better.

I've seen this picture before..The drawing is good...Better than anything I could do now though at one time I could draw pretty good..
