Hey, all....and "Industry People", in particular...

If you go to this site:

You will see something called a "Street Date".....now, how is that different from an official "Release Date"??

I think that's the date that everybody listens to the CD, they find out Steve Perry is on it, and they throw the CD out of the car window and onto the street? heh.

I think the street date and release date are the same things--it's the date it hits the street. But lately records/CDs "drop" instead of being released for some reason.
