from nick,
what do you think neal is referring to in the interview, more live dvds,
hopefully japan 80, a frontiers show, raised on radio, all with live cds to match, or unreleased songs, or stuf from the new era, i really wish the interviewer would have asked him what he meant by this, the more journey the better, i just wish they would put something out every year, don't make us wait too long,

It sounds like Perry-era stuff to me. Which is sad. I was really hoping they had recorded more material with Steve that they could release...

from nick,
c'mon, what is so sad about that, there is some great stuff with perry that would be even better than the houston dvd, plus if we get the 30th anniversary show next year that would be more than we ever got with perry

It is sad if it is ONLY Perry-era material....

Yes, I know about the 2005 DVD and I am very excited about that! But the way Neal said it, there are no real Journey plans for the foreseeable future and only vintage stuff to tide the fans over...

hopefully, 'japan 80'

OH....yes!!
I'm sure there are many jewels in Journey's treasure chest, but that Japan 1980 show is is supposedly a real GEM! It's the last show of the DEPARTURE tour and of course, Gregg Rolie's last performance with the band...If they are going to release any more Classic DVDs, pleeeaassee...let it be this one :!:
