First of all on a private board, there is NO SUCH THING as freedom of speech.

That only exists in regards to what the government can and can't do to you in terms of your speech, written or spoken. It has nothing to do with a forum owned and operated by a private individual.

Now to address the producer comment:

Interesting. I did a Google news search on his name. I didn't spend much time, I didn't see any other post where he talked about recording shows for radio...Plenty of posts looking for bootlegs though. It also seems odd that Deen made a post that he trades Email with him every day...But, this guy made a follow up post in his thread point people to Dean's blog saying, "looks like somebody else sees what I see", or whatever.

I don't know anything about this guy. He posted to the Journey newsgroup a bit, years ago, but I never had any indication that he was a producer of radio shows...maybe his, I don't know. The whole thing still seems a bit odd to me.

I have been to more shows that you can imagine, and sat as close to the band as you can get without being IN the band.

I've have had PRIVATE Journey concert, in your favorite little place in Orilla, Canada. A full dress rehersal, I sat ON the stage. Me, my wife and a couple of others.
My daughter watches the 2001 DVD over and over. I know the music and the vocal inflections to a tee, your MP3 don't prove a THING other than you have a terrible ear for picking things out of music, especially VOCAL CHARACTERISTICS.
