Went to see this show, not knowing that "tapegate" had just been revealed

Thought it rocked, amazing, I even posted up my glowing review "On The Road" at Jrny.com

Judge for yourselves how much of it is lipped. I must say, I feel cheated now, after the event

Fuck it!

No! Come on! You went to be entertained, so why bitch about it? It's no biggie. Nothing was proved. His mic didn't really look like an black babies head glued to his lips, did it? That whole tapegate issue is total BS....Steve Augeri would never do such a thing! You should be ashamed of yourself for insinuating he is guilty when the man gave his heart and soul to us fans!

Dude, Mac gives out these titles...Hell, I wouldn't pick him.

Among a ton of things, dude was CBS Records President.

I would of course pick Double H as my title. You listening, Mac? Change my title, Goddammit. As post leader, I deserve some clout. Ok, I don't, your board, whatever.

How about giving us the ability to come up with our own titles. I hate these pre-determined ones.

Exactly. I think Deano overrates himself a bit. Neal could give two shits about you or this forum.

Ive just posted up on Yousendit

Edge Of The Blade...Augeri/Jrny Manchester England, June 06

Heres the link

http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?a ... 570794B146

I was at the gig, but god knows if this was live or lipped. Theres no previous recorded version with Augeri for him to lip too, so, are we to believe he recorded it again, just to lip too, or is he really singing? Some ball-breakingly high ad libs at the end, and Schon is really burning up the fretboard here....wow !!!

Judge for yourselves ...regardless, its an absolute storming version!!!, and a great audience recording

fuck.... I go for "live" vocals here

Neil

I love the version of "Chain Reaction" from that show as well, regardless of if the lyrics were lipped or not, and I usually don't care for that song live.
