I once saw a clip of "Lights" from that show...it was on Perryville, I think. There was something sad and depressing about watching it....possibly due to the crowd who didn't seem into it at all. It was a good performance of the song though...

I'm sure somebody will share it.
While not his best performance, it was still great. There is just a quality, depth, timber, I don't know, to his voice. Even when he's off, he can still usually pull out great moments. No offense, but as off as he was on this day, I'd still rather see this than Augeri. And even JSS (who I can't wait to see! I don't think I would have ever paid to see Augeri. Again - no offense. He just didn't do it for me.) But as much as I like JSS (& I, for one, am hoping for a meaner leaner Journey), nobody does it like Perry. Can't explain it. Just something about that damn voice!! (And I think Perry could sing the hell out of "Stand Up and Shout" hee, hee)

Tree, if you have it please share it, I have never heard this performance. When I first saw the clip of Perry at World Series and then heard him sing as well, I was in shock. I know he didn't have music or backup or anything, but oh

the depression that followed.......

Okay, that was so awesome, Shania...I love YOu. I swear while I was listening to it and thinking about Steve..the doorbell rang and it was my book being delivered! I cannot wait to open it!
Steve sounds awesome in this rendition, he sounds raspy and much more rocker I think, sounds like what a real rock voice should be! Its easy to sing with because it is lowered, dang its great! but the best part of all is Neal, what an unbelievable person. His talent and Steve's voice are made to go together=a match made in Heaven!!!!!!!

I think it was only Faithfully and Lights,Larry...
Actually,I don't think they had enough time to play more as there were a lot of bands scheduled on stage for that day.
No DSB...
Now I wonder how would've DSB sounded like half-unplugged...

Ok...... I found out what the problem is. Since I could only get audio and not the video, I found out I was missing a codec in my Windows Media Player. Go to where you have saved the vid, click on it to bring up the vid for playing. Once the vid is up playing, check the list on the right hand side for the name of the video. If a red disc with an X is on the left hand side of the title, click on that red disc with the X, and it will bring up a window saying something is missing. Click on Web help, and it will take you to the Windows Media player site, and will tell you if you are missing a codec. It will also help you find where to download the codec needed. Thank heaven's mine was a free download.

Have to agree with you.

I'm NOT dealing with it. Neal and Perry go together like apple pie and ice cream. Andrew san u wake up Neal's ass and have him place a personal phone call to theVOICE. Steve Perry is Journey even tho I am going to see them on Nov. 2 in Columbia,SC. with JSS. Neal is --not a work in the dictionalry for him-awesome will have to do. Thanks for the clip.
