What songs could we suggest he sing that we have not seen performed live? I suggest WYLAW-Easy to Fall, Still she Cries and his cover of Stand by Me.

I think Steve Perry releasing new music and touring in 2007 is about as likely as Jennifer Aniston calling me up and telling me she wants to make me her personal sex slave.

Yes...it could happen. But I wouldn't hold your breath while you wait.

Actually, it would be kinda nice if some of them did just...

Come on...all you Perry fans, take a DEEP breath and hold it until an announcement of the next Perry tour. You can do it! It will be announced any moment now!

While I think it's possible he may put out new music, I'm doubtful that he'll tour, but that's just me.

Having said that, I think if he DOES do any touring, he should definitely include two of my favs:
Happy to Give
Eyes of a Woman

Message Of Love, If He Should Break Your Heart and his new song....perhaps, but probably not, with Journey. It seems like it's gonna be a Soto led Journey. It's COMPLETELY up to Schon from what I'm being told. Expect a lot of weird shit/rumors. Perry IS in the mix. Problem is, he doesn't seem to want to be.

Has he ever done "Troubled Child" live? If not...add that to the list too.

Funny, how after all these years, he STILL has the "reigns." Give it a few months....that's all I'm gonna say for a LONG time. See your shocked asses later.

From your lips to Gods' ears. I'm holding my breath! Help! :) I'm gonna faint!!! :D :D :D
Probably just a song or two on itunes. That's what he said on an interview. That maybe he might do that and call it a day.
You never know, but I agree that something is up, but what--who knows.

I think if Perry ever sings Journey music live again, he will be very selective in the song choice.
Probably "Send her My Love" as that is his favorite song and unsuprisingly, one of the easier ones to pull off.

Can I play too! :) He can sing anything, just as long as he sings. My fav--When u love a woman followed by open arms and then Faithfully, followed by Wait, followed by anything from the + five greatest hits. Its a shame that Against the Wall never made it off the shelf-would have been magnificent..The man is a genius at writing and singing. :)

Classicrcklady- I have Stand by me ,but others may need to give it a listen. I was also impressed with the Departure 1980 Patiently and AWYWI,plus of course Winds of March. On the Toronto FTLOSM Let it be me is a favorite. Andrew, please let me have my dream. I think he will do one more thing and the big $$$$$$ would be a Journey show or shows and putting it on DVD. Ok St John, any reason you can't say what will shock our A$$es? Just wondering because you may be the 1st one that is not playing games when it comes to info.

You are probably right. He'd be dumb not to start with the "easier" ones. Hopefully, should this happen, all goes well, and he opens up the catalog.
