Dude. This has been out there everywhere for years. The video to this is plastered all on youtube. Its a very common video on VH1 classic etc.

How is it done?
Menu option in Firefox or right clicking on the image? If something other than that please post it.

You download an add on from Firefox itself called 'video downloader'.
