Of the ones you listed, I like "Redemption" the best. Can't think of anything better at the moment.

Of those "others" you listed: I like Salvation and Resurgence. Also like the names Synergy and Phoenix mentioned in a thread a while back on this subject.

It should be called the FREEDOM Tour and that should be the name of the next album/CD.

Forgot about that one...I change my vote.

New Tour/Album

Personally, I believe the band will choose a title that purposely does not make any veiled references to the "tape-gate" issue, or to Steve Augeri and his tenure with them.

I at least HOPE they will choose to ignore these issues, and choose to move forward in a positive way. By using a double-nuendo type of title, they will be seen as admitting what happened, and I don't think they would do that. This is a band that has usually admitted nothing.

Isn't the playing of "We Won't Get Fooled Again" as their intro to this tour's opening enough of a statement? That speaks volumes to those who are aware of the whole situation.

All the suggesstions I have read here are really great, however, and show alot of insight and imagination.

My pick would be simply, JOURNEY. And it has been a crazy, wonderful, full of surprises journey. I hope it never ends!!

That sounds like the title for a would-be DVD of the current tour.

If they are trying to continue their album name storyline, shouldn't the next one have something to do with where they have "Arrived"? How about something like "Utopia" or "Promised Land" or something?

I'm with Niggy here all the way. I don't like any of the ones above.

Revival might be ok. But it rhymes w/Arrival & we don't need that connotation.

R38ORN it is. Someone commission the artist to begin on the cover immediately.

Wouldn't it be funny if that actually was the next title b/c the band listened?

Oh no, Niggy would be lining up for his royalties.

I like this because the numbers help to remove the religious connotations that "REBORN" carries.

The problem is that I also do NOT like it because of the numbers! It's too reminiscent of E5C4P3. In this sense it means that JOURNEY is reborn into their former 1981 incarnation.

I'm all about moving FORWARD. R38ORN is OK but it smacks too much of the past. Kind of like how the GENERATIONS cover smacks of CAPTURED. Yes - the intention with it was to take something from a previous generation and give it a new twist however I don't think it worked.
