One of my friends( Kevin Peters) is into alot of tapping. he rarely uses the pick and he is one of the best "tappers" I have ever seen

That is really nice playing and a cool technique !!

Yeah, but it doesn't rival what Edward did, or Jeff Watson's 8-finger tapping technique.
