Can you make it on Sat. Mike? Or is your band playing somewhere?

He's got a gig right around the corner from you on Sat. Nig IIRC. (Looney's North)

Figures. You been there recently, AR? It is 10x better than the last time we went. Twice as big.

Not yet, but we should roll in there sometime soon. Now that they have enlarged we can check Mike's band out there again.

Hoping Jeremey will weigh in here or on my site (or both) with a start time for Saturday.

I may be able to give you some info. It's a pretty late start in College Park.We play until 2, when typically it's 1:30. I don't think we start until 11PM.I am sure Jeremey will have a late start too.
One of these days I'll be able to catch Jeremey!!
BTW, the new Looney's is AWESOME!! 10x's the people, and the stage is HUGE!!!!
Might be a good place for Jeremey to look into playing. They now have a really nice in house PA, that is flown up to the ceiling. The stage itself has got to be at least 5ft off the floor and as big as twice the size of the stage at Padonia!Looney's is actually big enough now to have national acts to be honest.

Thanks for giving NIG the 411, AR!!
Been awhile since I've seen you guys and hope you both are doing well!!

Yeah, Mike, we need to get together again soon. Is Padonia having an NFL draft party next weekend?

Hey guys - Sorry I've been MIA on both boards quite a bit recently. Work is busting my balls. We do have a late start tomorrow, so you may want to pace yourselves :D - We actually play at 11:30 until about 2:15. Hope to see lots of you there!!

Jeremey,

The late start works for me! Sam and I plan on popping over after his gig in Bowie.
See everyone there! ;)

Sweet - Anyone want me to burn copies of the Charlotte CD for them? I will bring some tomorrow, let me know who needs one. I know a few of you already have them but I can burn a few more tonight.

Thanks NIG - I will bring about 3 extra copies, so if you've got Ed covered, I should have a few extra if anyone wants one.

Thanks!

Well gang, as you can see by the time,I just got home from the gig at Santa Fe.
It's being billed as an 80's weekend, and my band The Reagan Years(www.thereaganyears.com in case anyone is interested), kicked off the weekend.

Most of the crowd (College age)was dressed in their 80's best and it was a packed house and lots of fun.
I made sure I gave BIG and NUMEROUS props to Jeremey and Company, through out the night.

We were scheduled to start at 11:15, but the club management asked us to start later, at 11:30.
We played 2 sets and ended at 2:30.
The place is a decent size, but fire code is only about 450.
It is mostly a college crowd, since it is literally a rocks throw from University of MD.
GET THERE EARLY, grab a bite to eat, and settle in before the typically late crowd arrives.

Just as an FYI, Jeremey,Jeff and the club management are eagerly anticipating Frontiers.
It should be a PACKED and fun show!!
Wish I could be there, but I have a show tomorrow too.

Hopefully, we can share a bill somewhere soon.

Just thought I would give everyone an FYI!!

First off, a very public thank you to all the guys in Frontiers. My wife started to get sick about an hour before the show. The guys let her crash out on one of the sofas backstage so our crew was able to stay and enjoy the show. It rocked!

Niggy thanks for driving.
Jeremey and Sabrina congrats on your upcoming addition to your family
Joe I will see you next week. Excellent work on the website.
Moose it was good meeting you - Weren't they as good as advertised?

Hey, AR. How are you and Megaphone feeling today? Is Mrs. AR feeling better? Felt bad for her last night. What a trooper she was, tho, putting up with us staying past 2:30.

Was great seeing the band again (best show yet, IMO), and meeting up with Sunshine T, duke22, and Moose and his lady.

I would say I feel ok, but I have to go play baseball at 1:00. The hangover is only a 5 out of 10, but it will suck if I have to pitch today.

No matter - it was all worth it. :)

Had a blast last night at the Frontiers show!

Thanks to Jeremey & Sabrina and the rest of the guys for putting up with our drunk asses!! You guys ROCK!
It was good to see NIG, AR, Duke 22, stingthebeerdrinker and Moose. Moose what happened to you and your girl last night? We all went upstairs and when we came back down you two were nowhere to be found! Ed, I hope Lori is feeling better. Sorry I woke her up to say hello!! ;)

Glad everyone made it home safe and sound. We didn't get home until 5:30 AM.

Here is a pic for prosperity!! Hey, what happened to Jeremey??

Yeah, I was disappointed that Moose and his lady were gone for the second set. They are a lot of fun.

Highlight of the night was when they dedicated "Can't Tame the Beaver" to AR.
