Come on folks, no matter what has happened, let's not turn Andrews site into this.

Everyone has their opinion as to what's happened, and that's great, but let us not forget that we are posting on Andrews site. He makes his living from this site.

Choose your words and posts having some thought and not just a whim that might create a discussion.

Try to have some respect as to what you decide to discuss.

I know we are all angry and upset over the last couple of days events, but that does not lessen the respect we should show to the one man that does so much for us here.

The one word I would like for everyone here to adhere to is respect.

Everyone here knows what that is, and everyone here knows how to employ respectfulness.

Let us all give good ole Andrew a bit of a break and be a bit respectful of his site and his tireless efforts to provide us with the best place on the internet to exchange our thoughts about music.

We owe Andrew that much.

1....... 2....... 3...... Go!

I agree Rick. I think it boils down to the fact that we all were hoping to see a rebirth of Journey and feel it's now in danger of dying. Some of us has spent loads of cash on the band, so I'm sure they feel a little cheated as well. We all appreciate Andrew and love what he has done for us! The guy is a constant professional. I don't see how he has the patience to put up with us, but I hope one day I can meet him so I can shake his hand and tell him how much I appreciate what he has done for us!

It carries much more weight, when the owner of the site asks us to tone down our responses and keep our feelign to ourselves in times like these. In this case, Andy is well aware of how many of us feel/felt about the band, and it's really the ONLY place we can be honest with our feelings, without being censored in any way. If Andy came in and said, ok, enough's enough, I'm closing down for good, if we don't stop posting our thoughts and with our feelings, then it'll change. Until then, even the people who can't stand what people are saying about other people, will just have to deal with it.

Good post, Rick.
Unfortunately, I think everyone is bit raw, right now, and ripe for the baiting.
We can’t yell directly at those who deserve it, so I think maybe we’re jumping at any chance to get the frustrations out. (& while it's not always pretty, it can been a little cathartic, lol.)
Much thanks to Andrew for his amazing patience during this whole thing!!!

How many anti-Fro and Friga threads need to be running simultaneously? Why not just one? Everyone's opining, but a lot of people aren't actually hearing what everyone else has to say.
