... and, the Infinity Tour was great! The Departure & Evolution Tours were great! The Escape Tour was awesome! Frontiers and Raised On Radio were great, now that I reflect back. I even made the return tour "Vacation's Over," the Arrival Tour, the Under The Radar Tour... all of them up to just last year. I've seen it all, except the early Journey years. I don't care to see a re-run ever again. I've seen the dirty dozen a million times. I don't care to see a re-run ever again. I guess this is why I don't want to see a tribute Journey band by the band I know as Journey..
I digress...

I love the songs. Sure, I am a fan of the guys who wrote them, but if the original singer won't go out to perform them, even on his own, then why should those songs just wither up and die? Believe it or not, many people who go to Journey shows go for the songs and don't care or realize that Perry isn't up there, esp. during Augeri's tenure. I'll still pay money to watch Neal play.
Oh, and I was there for ROR. Augeri and Soto eras blew that mess away.

With all due respect, there was no "Soto era." Regardless of what they said, Jeff was a temporary fill in used to complete a tour and cash some checks in Europe. That does not comprise an "era."
