The South Bend Party

It really doesn't start until DCVADER, duke22, Niggy and I get there.

Friday night is not about the show (which will be fun the next day). Really it's about all of us who have posted on these sites for a long time getting together in person. The first "MR" party was at my house in Baltimore for a Journey show. It was not an "Annex" party because our site did not exist. Andrew even called in and we had some VIP's there as well.

A second party was organized in Northern Virginia. This was "Annex only" and pushed the envelope even further.

The Friday before the MR show in South Bend, The Annex will be destroying a nearby hotel. The next day we will go back to our roots as people who all met through melodicrock.com and go to the show and make new friends.

I'll be the one with the black Annex T-Shirt on. Buy me a beer and you may get into our site for real.

Ed... you're getting a beer from me. Not just because I want into the Annex either.

I have a few ideas as far as bars go. I'll toss around these ideas with a few people, mainly Ed and Dave, so we're not hunting for a place to go the night of.

I normally post over on the general Notice Board but I saw this here. I will be there in South Bend Friday evening along with Rocker Chic and a third friend.... it'd be nice to put some names and faces together. Hope to meet people there!
